Mrs. Baker plants tree of remembrance at 9/11 ceremony

Mrs. Nancy Kassebaum Baker plants a maple tree in front of the American Embassy in Tokyo, and thanks the Japanese people for their support following the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, at a ceremony attended by Chief Cabinet Secretary Fukuda, other dignitaries from the Japanese Foreign Ministry, and many individual Japanese and American citizens.
