Kansai American Center Reference Service (KACRS) can meet information needs of Japanese professionals in the news media, academia, think tanks, government agencies, and the public.

Our collection of materials, our access to U.S. Government reports, our ability to sort through online data and – most importantly – the expertise of our staff allows us to help our users find and interpret the most up-to-date and accurate information about U.S. policies and politics, economics and society, particularly as they affect Japan and the U.S.-Japan relationship.
