Admitting hours: Patients call to make an appointment with outpatient department for either 10 or 11 am, Monday through Friday. The English-speaking psychiatrist is available to do two intakes on Friday morning.

Physical Environment: A very modern, attractive facility. 22 private rooms as well as group rooms. Open unit.

English Speaking Staff: One newly hired inpatient psychiatrist is fluent in English. No English speaking nurses.
Admitting hours: 9 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday. Call for an appointment. An English speaking psychiatrist is in the hospital on Wed., Thurs., and Fri.

Physical Environment: The hospital is in the process of renovation. The inpatient units are old though clean. Most of the units are open and have some single rooms. The locked unit seems particularly cramped, consisting of a corridor and patient rooms and no day area.
